Address Space

Saddle Network maintains a variety of address space allocations for use in its network operations.

Below you will find a table of the current address space allocations, sorted by network.

Note: Regional Registries within the ICANN network typically allocate a minimum of /24 for IPv4 and /48 for IPv6, hence the large allocations compared to our other networks.

Why do we call this network ICANN?

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and its regional registries, such as ARIN, RIPE, and others, are responsible for the global coordination of IP address allocation in what we generally call the “Internet”. IANA operates under the authority and on behalf of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

Note: DN42 is a hobbyist network that provides a space for experimentation and learning. As such, allocations are typically smaller than those from the IANA network.
