Network Internal Services Home

Saddle Network runs a focused set of internal services on our network that power operations, observability, and day‑to‑day workflows. Some tools are public, others are restricted to authenticated client accounts.

We classify internal services using a simple access model:

  • Public Accessible without authentication and to the public.
  • Internal Available to customers by default.
  • Whitelisted Available to customers with a valid subscription or on request.
  • Restricted Restricted to staff and service accounts.
  • Reliability first for core infrastructure.
  • Minimum viable surface area for security.
  • Documentation and observability are required for any new service.
